I began practicing energy healing in 2001 as a Reiki practitioner. I have been both connected and disconnected from my light. It’s safe to say that when connected to my light and standing in my power, I have the ability to heal myself and help others do the same. It has been a lifelong journey, to understand what it means to heal, to serve, and to hold space for myself and others. I feel very fortunate to have found wonderful mentors along the way, who have shown me the way and helped me remember my soul purpose. I’m passionate about healing and have learned a variety of energy work techniques, rooted in ancient wisdom and based on unconditional love and divine support. For me, healing means releasing emotional and physical pain, rediscovering life’s purpose, and achieving a life of ease, peace, and joy. My healing sessions are done in a safe and nurturing space.
